Shipping Details


For fast and reliable shipping choose standard shipping, which is $6.99 for orders totaling under 1 lb. Orders between 1 and 5 lbs are $9.99 standard shipping. Any order over 5 lbs is $15.99 shipping.

Orders shipping from Pennsylvania will be shipped via USPS within 5 business days of receiving your item. We use various vendors around the country and their processing times vary. We will do our best to display estimated shipping dates in the product info of each item, but please keep in mind these are estimates, especially for preorder items.

As a general guideline, most non-preorder items will ship within 10 business days via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will always be included with your shipment.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe. 

Orders are shipped from various vendor warehouses, depending on the items purchased. Most items ship from Utah, Indiana, or Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 10 business days as this only delays processing orders.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
