What do I do if an item is out of stock?
There is a place on each item page to sign up for restock notification. Restock information is posted in each item page, and we also post on Instagram what will be restocked regularly!
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address when you checkout.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! An E-gift card will be emailed straight to the email address used with the order. The gift card tab is at the top of the page on our website.
What size should I order?
We provide guidance on sizes in the specific item descriptions to better serve you. There are also model biographies and measurements so you can see how items fit on different body styles.
How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says "gift card or discount code".
Do you offer refunds?
We issue Store Credit only. See the Customer Care tab at the top of the homepage.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage within three days of receipt of your order.
